Engine Technology
Performance engine specialist Zytek Engineering is based at a purpose-built Engine Technology Centre in Repton, Derbyshire. Now occupying more than 26,000 sq ft, it incorporates some of the most advanced systems available for the design, development, validation and manufacturing of power units for world-class competition.
Zytek has a specialised manufacturing facility for a wide range of components. Our manufacturing capabilities include the ability to produce all major engine components with expert precision and accuracy under one roof. We can produce from one off to large volume batch components.
Our highly skilled work force is capable of working to the tight deadlines which are imposed by projects in the world of motorsport.
Vehicle Technology
Based at the heart of the UK’s motorsport industry in Banbury, Zytek Engineering’s Vehicle Technology Centre is home to the design, development and manufacture of its race car chassis.

Located at Fradley, Staffordshire, Zytek’s purpose-built headquarters is the automotive engineering technical centre for the Group. The state of the art 68,000 sq ft building houses vehicle engineering and testing facilities, and houses the development of Zytek’s EGS, wiring systems and engine and powertrain management.
